I know I have. So far this month I have 35 miles in running. The most I have had in a month was 72 so I'm hoping to break that this month. The weather's been nice so I've had plenty of time to run outside.
I'm still running an average of 3 miles 5 days a week or using my elliptical for 30 minutes depending on the Michigan weather. I do sometimes take longer runs on Fridays depending on how much time I have and how I feel after the normal 3 miles, two weeks ago made it to 10 miles . Hopefully this will become a lifestyle change that I can do for years to come, makes me feel so much better.
