I just wanted to be able to share my app with you guys. Although not a fitness app, if you do go to Taekwon-Do classes you'll know it's a great way do some cardio exercises as well as learn a martial art.
The point of the app is to help with the theory side of ITF Taekwon-Do for anyone who is interested. It is my first app and I developed it due to my passion for the sport. I hope to create more fitness apps in the future.
