Hello,
I plan on improving my cardio fitness and lose weight by using the treadmill and also some anerobics with a hoigt workout station.

I guess the gps device on my phone is useless on a treadmill. But can the phone act as a pedometer ? If so, can it do it while strapped to the arm, so that headphones can still reach my ears ?

I don't Need all the tracking stuff, but would like an easy way to get my workout stats into the phone/computer and some historical analysis features.
It would be nice for it to work with the weight lifting also, but my main priority for this app is to track my aerobic workout data.
