It's day 2! What exercise have you done today? What are you planning to do?

February is fitness month at Mobile Nations, and you know what that means? we all get together to get in shape, share tips and tricks and recipes for success, review amazing apps and accessories, give away great prizes, and have a ton of fun!

This here is as our first contest, STEPPING UP! Every day this week there'll be a thread right here in the forums -- starting with this one! -- and all you have to do to enter to win is tell us what exercise or activity you did today. It can be walking or running, playing soccer or doing yoga, swimming or dancing -- anything that makes you move. If you have a Fitbit, Nike Fuelband, JAWBONE UP, or any gadget with a pedometer, you can simply share your results!

At the end of each day, we'll pick one winner and give them a $20 gift certificate. How's that for motivation?!

So get ready, and get posting in the thread below!

I've done 105 crunches. I'll be doing an hour of aerobics and some resistance band strength training this evening.

Deadlifts:

Run 3 miles @ a 8:00 pace
Then lunch was over.

3 years ago I was 410lbs, today I weigh in at just under 240. Between my fitness pal, fitocracy, and new apps like bodbot and my mrathon training, I find every day a great way to work my way to goal of running the chicago marathon in under 4 hours!

Walked 15000 steps according to my MotoACTV. 5000 of that was a 3 mile run. Also doing 100 pushup app and light weight workout.

Yesterday was a 90km ride so today was more relaxed, by accident i posted todays in the other thread. So what I did today was more relaxed, a 30 minute run to my coaching session - were I coach at my old school. Then my biceps working out driving the boat around the river following the kids doing their run around as a trial. Then a quick sprint on the ergs with a mate to see the fastest projected time we can get. Then another 30minute run but to home.
