I haven't downloaded it yet, but I'm curious, does it have an area for you to mark down what exercises you've done and when? That way I could keep track of say, how much more weight I'm able to curl this week then when I was X weight.

You can add notes and pictures to every weight record you create. The number of weight records per day is not limited, so you could create a record before you start exercising & one afterwards and add the info about the excercises you did in the note section of the record of your choice.
