I am not inclined to believe an app can reduce the amount of radiation emitted by a cell phone. After doing my own quick search about mobile phones frying and egg, I had just as many hits that it was a hoax, which I am inclined to believe. People would have been dying from cellphone use a long time ago, if that was the case.
