Why is my download manager downloading but showing an error message?

Download manager not getting downloaded showing error message

I'm using Huawei Honor 4x in which the download manager version 4.4.4-eng.jenkins.20150215 is not getting downloaded and displaying error message.

Could any one support to over come this. Because of this my play store is not opening.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps>All​, select Download Manager, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.
