Honor 8 u Honor 8 EMUI using too much ram

Why the OS using so much ram it's a good thing this phone has 4 ram. EMUI is using almost half.

According to people who wrote Android (see Multitasking the Android Way), unused RAM is wasted RAM. An Android phone should be using as much RAM as possible.
