HTC 10 download /upload speeds are not as good as my S7 Edge

I have been noticing in general better speeds on my s7 edge over my 10. Both are on Verizon and both were taken side by side on the same server.

Yeah I was gonna ask this. My m8 gets 47 download and 6 upload.
My HTC 10 varies between 0 and 43 download. Need another update to fix Wi-Fi

in don't know by what I see the 10 is getting better results in some places then your S7. in some of your pics

My unlocked model on T-Mobile gets the same speed as my iPhone 6s plus. May be some radio or network settings on Verizon.

From the sign on the left, looking kinda tower-ish, I think it's network.

I'm thinking that it may be te area your in. it always have an effect on speed like I m your test of the 10 it looks like in some sreas it does better the your s7E
