HTC 10 Dropdown menu not working after Nougat update

Hi guys,
Once i have installed the latest nougat update on my HTC 10 i have had a few issues.
1.) The drop down menu cant be scrolled down,
2.)Soon after locking the phone once you press the unlock button the screen pops away to the home menu without asking for security code or fingerprint. After a minute or later it would ask.
3.) Auto rotate does not work in most apps except for youtube.
4 ) Even though the phone is on sound no sound for calls. Escpecially when kept screen bottomside.
All these problems have been for almost a month now and i get really frustrated using the phone. Its high time i feel like giving up on HTC after being a loyal customer to them for more than 8 years.
Worst experience with HTC. HTC 10 was a bad choice to buy compare to other phones.

No not yet. I guess i had to try a factory reset. Im scared of losing all the data. Anywayz will try it soon and get back . Thanks

Anyways i had tried a hard reset (volume button and home button long press) rebooted it to recovery mode but it didnt help.

So you tried a factory reset and you're still having all those issues? Is it an unlocked phone or carrier model? Does it still have problems in safe mode?

But did you wipe the data? The problems you have don't happen to others
