Sync Manager Low Battery Message

I cannot update the latest verizon software from xxxx.605.12 to 605.18.
Multiple computers flash a low battery message and the device locks up at the menu that lets you choose to power off, reboot, wipe cache, etc. It then says in red letters Security warning, flashing a rom not released by HTC blah blah blah....

I even master reset the device and same issue.
Similar to this screen, but red text at the bottom.

Update:

Well after 4 days of dealing with Tech Support, the phone is being sent back in for repairs a second time.
Another 3 weeks without the device. Unreal.

So since activating it December 25th, I will have had an active HTC 10 in my hands working properly for about 4 months.

Never again, HTC.
