Hi all new user here, i have an aria and my wife just got the htc surround, she originally had an iphone 3s and it went hay wire and apple/att get the run around so we returned it for our money back, (didnt have it for a week)

so she got the surround instead(LOVES IT), she can send me a pic and i can receive it, but i go to send her a pic and she wont even get the message notification.

is this normal for these phones? or is it system?
