Even after a reset my phone has no storage, what can I do to fix it?

Even after a reset my phone has no storage

I have all the apps i can on my memory card and only have 4 apps downloaded. Ive erased everything possible. And my phone storage says my OTHER is completely full. Ive even completely reset my phone and even after its said its almost full. Idk what to do to fix it i cant even update anything.

How about all of your music, photos, videos, etc.? Are they all set to go to your sd card and not your phone's internal storage? I've got a bunch of minor apps (utilities but no games) and here's what my phone storage screen looks like, and I'm not even showing an "other" on there. It's there when I first go to the screen, and it says "calculating", but goes away once it's done calculating. It's still on the sd card storage screen, however.
