HTC 816G Dual Sim Wifi signal shows poor where on other devices, it shows all bars.

HTC 816G Dual Sim shows poor signal or signal keeps fluctuating. At same location for same wifi connection, I have 3 other phones which shows full bars. these devices are HTC 820Q, iphone 4s, Samsung S3. My HTC 816G is on Android 4.4.2 and Build 1.24.720.001 . Any known issue? any fixes available?

dude , same problem here . after 2 days of fluctuating signals , now it turned into hanged wifi icon that cannot be switched on or off !!!! i dont know the issue but i hope that its a ROM problem and not hardware
