I have an HTC Desire 820: my phone is showing vertical lines, as far as I am concern my phone never fell down. How can I get rid of the vertical lines

i have htc desire 820. my phone is showing vertical line. as far i concern my phone never fell down.

I think I put the in the jeans pocket, I don't just guessing is it possible that putting mobile the pocket tight jeans will lead to this. Lines are continously fluctuating please help guys

Sounds as if you broke the LCD layer on the screen. Bring it into a shop to make sure, but you'll probably need a screen replacement.
