Default Any way to clear the streaming media history?

I can delete surfing history etc. but I have not been able to remove previous streaming media history.

If I pull down the notification screen, streaming media is listed amongst the recently-used apps. Clicking on this loads the most recently viewed media. This is so, even after trying to clear history etc.

I have tried though settings|applications|manage applications and I also have used 2 different 'history eraser' apps which I downloaded. Although they clean the normal browser stuff, the streaming media is not cleaned.

Any way to clear the streaming media history?

    Thanks.

Did you ever find an answer to this problem?

In manage applications, you should have an option to "Clear Data". This will erase the history and when you select the media player in the notification panel, it will just sit there with "Loading..." displayed. You can also select "Force Close" and it will not be in the notification panel.

You can't, the next streaming media file you open will overwrite the last one viewed
