Which version of 2.1 is the closes to being official?

I've downloaded soo many different versions of 2.1 I dont know which one to really trust. I'm leaning towards 1 that i download from GRDlocks and another one that i found on this site. Any real difference between all the ones going around? I have never rooted my Eris since it is brand new out of the box.
