I like Trap. It's seems really simple but definitely addictive and difficult.

try:

1. SpeedX (speed through a tunnel avoiding objects, its gets hard!!!)
2. Space War (addictive)
3. Toss It (its like paper toss for the iphone)
4. Missile Shield (its like that old 90s game wear you try to stop missiles from blowing up your buildings)

If you don't mind spending a few bucks, gameboy and NES emulators are solid. Also Word Mix is one of my favorites.

I'm a word game kinda guy and have found Word Up to be crazy addictive. It's like the old Boggle game. Touch sensitivity is a little off, but hopefully that will change with future upgrades.
