Sending video text?

New to the smartphone, came form the envy that pretty much did everything auto for you. What do the cam settings have to be, and how long can the video be? I think before I could send 30 sec. clips. I was trying today and it was only letting me do 10 sec. I am using hancent if that matters. Thanks in advance

i have had a problem sending videos and photos through my regular email acct. and sms/mms. I came from an Env as well. I haven't fooled around with it too much but prob. need to set it to a lower resolution. In the alternative, I used my gmail acct. to send both and didn't have a problem.

Ok cool. I turned it down to the lowest setting, and set record for 10 sec. it worked but it looked terribe. and only 10 sec?

I believe I read that this problem with SMS/MMS is something that is going to be fixed with the update. So hang in there.
