Glitch opens wrong app

Has anyone else experienced a glitch with the Messaging app?

I try to open the Messages app, but instead it opens the last app I had used. Sometimes the messaging app opens the last conversation, but hitting the back button opens another app.

This only happens after the phone has been on and used at least a little bit. I'd like to figure out if this glitch happens to other people.

Yes, this seems to be the way the Messaging app works - unless you have received a new message, it remembers your last conversation and brings you there when you re-open the app. If you press Back, it takes you back to your last app, not to the list of conversations. However, if you press Menu, you can choose the option "All messages" and it will take you to the top level.
