Wifi wont start when turned on. says error

Now my wifi widget is gone. so i dl another 1. when i try to add it to to my screen all i get is "problem loading" in the space where i tried to add the widget. When i go into my settings and into wireless & networks and check the wifi box, its says its turning on and the error message comes up.

I decided yesterday to do a factory reset, which fixed the problem. But now when i sync my phone with my laptop to put my music and pics back on my phone its not putting everything back on it. Like im putting 755 songs on it and i end up with 100 on it same with the pics. its running me crazy. LOL any ideas about this issue?

What are you using to sync, Windows Media Player? I find that WMP never does a great job with Android devices. I would recommend just using Windows Explorer to drag and drop your files over the the phone.
