Those of us who have had the ORIGINAL Evo 4G since launch know about these batteries oh so well ... 2 extra batteries and charger for around $10 complete ... Seems like the community united (and seems like thousands were purchased) once it was confirmed the product was good and the company delivered ... Has anyone found ... ordered ... and received this type of deal for the E3D yet ?

EDIT: All the links below have come back with positive feedback from Evo 3D owners and is what the community is recommending via Ebay replacement batteries ... YMMV ... If you have any problems with these companies please inform us as a community so that we can inform others.

I got the 3 pack and a charger for $20 from a US seller, I had no luck with that, one of the battery would not work at all, the other 2 worked but I really dont think it's 1800mAh, may be 1400mAh at the max, kind of disappointed.

NEW BATTERY FOR HTC EVO 3D 4G SPRINT - eBay (item 180687333369 end time Jul-25-11 12:48:13 PDT)

Those are the ones I ordered 2 of they say innovation on the front. Tested one results are: It lasted from 10:30=2:00 pretty much non stop usage, from 2:00-2:30 i used google nav (didn't have to but felt like leaving it running for gps) at this point i was at about 49 percent. From 2:30-7:00 I wasn't really using it drained to 47 percent. 7:00-9:00 sporatic usage drained to 40. Died at around 11:00 but I had all the radios and display on nonstop and was watching videos with no cellular signal after 9:30. Definitly good for a non stock battery.

Other batteries i'm waiting on are these (don't look as promising)

I received 3x batteries and charger similar to the OP second link. I have used them for a week now.

Batteries work fine. Not quite happy with the charger. It's the kind that has moving pins. So care must be used to make sure pins are aligned properly (outside pins). When proper polarity is achieved the LED lights blue as an indication. Then you can plug it into the wall outlet and the LED then turns red. Upon completion of the charge, the LED then turns blue again.

Generally Chinese batteries are crap. They usually don't last near as long as ones made in Japan which is why you don't see OEM batteries from China.

They're cheap enough not t be a big deal, except adding more dead batteries too the dump, quicker. It's worth paying more for quality batteries.

Hmm,

Had mine (3) for the EVO 4G last a year. YMMV.

Also, sold them to another 4G owner when I dumped my phone. He is still using them. So the batteries lasted longer than my phone.

I agree ... The 2 I bought 3 weeks after I got my EVO 4G on launch day (1 year ago) was working just fine when I sold my Evo a week ago .

So is the battery by itself in the link below that is 7 something the same battery that came with our phones? If not is it still better than the cheap chinese ones. I got 3 chinese ones that say 1800 MAH and I have 2 wall chargers. I don't think they last as long as the original but I haven't tested them all that much But I have 3 and when I need to swap out batteries there good to have in a pinch when you don't have a plug to charge. Today I think they drained quicker than the original but I don't care since I have three. I also have 2 wall chargers and was wondering will charging my original battery in one of the wall chargers and not the phone make a difference? It won't mess up the original battery charging it with the wall charger will it? My friend had a bad phone and asurion let her keep the battery so she had an extra red EVO battery and the Sprint store took it from here today and traded her a 3D battery for her red one. I wish they would take me 2 generic EVO ones I would trade them 2 for 1 for a new 3D battery.

For those that have these chargers, does the charger box say "For: HTC Sensation"? I wonder if that is going to cause any issues.
