if i put the nocturnal xplode on my phone,....will that do anything with my bill with sprint ??? i dont know enough about all this stuff,....so i didnt know if it would make any changes with my monthly bill ??

Nocturnal Xplod is great! If you want to keep MHL yet get the benefit of ROMs features, I would recommend installing mwalt's kernel. Been using that for the last couple of weeks and it is a great combo!

You could also try anthrax rev_013 kernel! Its the best kernel I've seen. OC up to 1536 MHz and fully stable.
