I have tried flashing viperboy ics bet 3.1 and mean ROM and clean Rom and everytime i install then I get a bootloop.. I have hboot 1.5 unlocked and tried using 2 different recoveries like, cwm recovery, redo recovery. I also tried with s-on and s-off please help me!!!

are you 100 percent sure you are s-off? cause that should fix the problem, i havent had any issues since i went off with it

what do you mean you tried with s-on s-off? are you s-on or off and did you flash the boot img if your s-on
