yeah apperantly you have to lock the boot loader back up ... for anyone who looks at this in the future then run the RUU exe took me forever

I have s-on, hboot 1.5. I tried to relock using fastboot but as soon as I go into bootloader mode the drivers don't show as being installed on my pc??? They only show when my phone is powered on and connected via usb. Help.

Do you have fastboot usb showing in the bootloader ? if you do the drivers are installed, If not do this..
Install these DRIVERS uncheck usb debugging in settings. Power down the boot to the bootloader without the cable pluged in, scroll to fastboot and choose it, then plug the usb cable in

I've installed a bunch of ROMS and RECOVERY screens and when I reboot to start the current rom's version it stacks in the rom's animation screen... I've also tried 2-3 shipped roms but it gets me an error in my windows pc and I'm not sure which shipped rom is suitable for my phone...
I've lost too many hours trying to fix it... And I can't bring it back to factory defaults...

Beings that you are s-on have you flashed the boot img ? Thats what i sounds like to me

PLEASE HELP ME!
I have a weird issue. heres the details:-
1. I tried to unlock the HTC EVO 3d (ROGERS) following the htcdev instructions which wiped all my current data ( ...(not the issue)
2. Then I tried to install a custom ROM (Virtuous ICS) without making a backup of the stock ROM (what a fool I am!!!)
3. I wiped everything including dvetk , cache, factory reset and finally formatted my SD Card (FML!!!)

I was able to install the custom ROM and everything is working including my mobile data network (3G)
MY ISSUE:
My WiFi isnt working at all. Its greyed out and says " TURING ON ". I have tried 3-4 different custom ROMS with same result. I have mobile data network but no WiFi.

Then i tried the followings:
1. Tried to flash a ROGERS stock ROM from the link rovided. Zip file installation fails and RUU .exe gives me error 155 ("RUU_SHOOTER_U_ICS_35_S_Rogers_WWE_3.28.631.1_Radio_11.77.3504.00U_11.25.3504.06_M_release_262715_signed"). then I tried the European ROM which had the same radio as i have at the moment ("RUU_SHOOTER_U_ICS_35_S_HTC_Europe_3.28.401.1_Radio_11.77.3504.00U_11.25.3504.06_M_release_262714_signed") with another error 155.
2. Then i tried to change my CID (ROGERS001) to HTC__001. It didnt change my CID.
3. I tried a few PG86.zip in my SD Card but none of them gave me the option to update my radio.

my settings are following:
HBOOT 1.53-007 S-ON
Radio_11.77.3504.00U_11.25.3504.06_M
ROM NonSense (No WiFi ) or, ROM Virtuous shooter ( No WiFi )

Can someone help me out Please

I used the fastboot command "fastboot boot boot.img"
I just installed 4ext recover ( i was using cwm before)

SOLVED: kingCobra ICS 1.6 ( based on ROGERS RUU ) fixed my issue.. i have wifi and fully functional phone again )

i have htc evo 3d . i root my phone using revolutionary cwm 5.0.2.2
hboot 1.53 xx
and i installed cyanogenmod 9 and gapps ics..
but my device cant boot....it still flash cyanogenmod logo but didnt boot at starup...
