So I was playing using my camera last night to take some 3d pictures and when I exited the app the screen didnt turn back to 2d so my home screen and whatever screen I went to had that 3d-ish effect to it. I thought it was pretty cool. Eventually it went away when I opened another app. Anyone else experience this? I'm hoping once we get root this can be achieved.

Yes, I did this a while ago too. It was cool. I was hoping it was some new "feature" I had unlocked. Needless to say, it went away like you discovered too.

I posted a video about this on launch day or maybe a day afterwards.. search for EVO 3D scrolling notification bar or something. Happened to me too and my notification bar was scrolling.. the 3d effect was annoying but i want the scrolling notification bar!! Lol

It happened to me the other day after looking at 3d photos in the gallery. I went back to the gallery and looked at a 2D photo and that took care of the 3D effect when I left the app.

happened to me as well, it was cool looking! i know its just a commercial but they show the home screen in 3D and thought that would be a cool option! hope it will be acheivable after rooting; not sure i would keep it all the time but at least i would have the choice!
