I had my phone in my pocket while I was working and some howy keyboard got switched from the way it was when I first got the phone to something called Swype. I hate it and want my old keyboard back but cant figure out how to fix it. I have looked everywhere. help please.

If you long press in the input area with your keyboard open you should get the option to change the input method.
