Swiftkey X Beta as default message app?

How can I make the Swiftkey X Beta defaulted as my text app of choice? It is a little annoying because every time I restart my phone it turns off and I have to physically go into the app again and turn it on. Is there a way to just make it constantly stay on? Or am I the only one experiencing this problem?

Did you move the app to SD card? It seems to not work if u do.

I think that might be it. I However I just downloaded the new one so I will have to see how it goes

I just upgraded to the full version for $1.99 while it's on sale. I prefer the white keys, the keys look bigger for some reason.
