Google sign in error

I am getting a Google sign in error in my notifications. It asks for user name, which is my gmail address and password. I type in my password and it tells me its wrong. What gives? My phone worked flawlessly for the first 3 weeks and now everyday is something. Mainly data connection issues.

A guy at work has the same issue. He has emailed google to see what is going on so if I hear what the issue and fis is I will pass it along.

Well I went to Google.com and tried to sign into my account. I got a message saying something about some unusual account activity? Not sure what that is about. Anyhow Google sent me a verification code via sms and I had to put that code in. I can now log into my account and the sign in error went away. Wonder what tomorrow will bring......

That happened to me last week. It was a few days after i started using Google+. Its the first time i have ever had an issue with my google account. Its also the first time i had to get a verification code via phone.

I am using Google+ as well. Maybe a bug or something?
