HTC Mirror gone missing?

Has anyone else noticed that with the new update the HTC mirror app has gone missing?

I would imagine they'll do what they did with the Flashlight app and add it to the HTC Hub.

the app is still there, you can just search for it using the search button

I had the icon moved to one of my home screens and it was still there after the update, but the app does seem to be missing from the app drawer. The home screen icon still launches the app though, so the app is still there. Didn't think about searching for it, good work around!

Searching on my phone does not find it.

Yep my mirror is gone as well but it's not like I ever used it now I want to use a custom. Boot but I'm scared

I had never even HEARD of "HTC Mirror" before this thread. Interesting. I, too, found it with a search. How can it exist and yet not be in the applications list? I suppose without being in the list, it is impossible to place it on a launch page.

I found it still being on one of my home screens, it works fine, but it is not listed under My Apps.

no just simply press the search button then choose to search on your apps , then search for mirror

Thanks. But I think I was too hasty when I commented on this thread. I have been having problems with the MHL cable. I thought this thread was about loosing the ability to mirror what is on your phone to your TV. Thanks again though.

Does anyone know why they didn't port that to the 3D from the 4G? And why would HTC not keep the cool screen shut off effect that comes along with stock Gingerbread?

There is battery widget that looks almost the same with more functionality in the market, that's what I'm using now. I do agree HTC should have kept their native widget though.

I also wish they kept the stock gingerbread screen shut off. Looks sweet on the Nexus S.
