Calling issues

EVO3D very often when making a call, gets a recording "that your call cannot be completed as dialed please try your call again"

Any help truly appreciated!

I am leaning toward a system issue. But with something like that its best to call customer care and get some help.
Are you able to get out to your voice mail? If you get the error frequently try calling your voice mail right away, this will help determine if its a system issue or phone. But if it was my device i would lean towards system.
