Well this is disturbing. I am a tech in a corporate store. U evidently been exposed to a non corporate store. Call care and they should be able to create a eticket for you. Send you to a corporate store get you into a diferent phone.
I have been with sprint 12 years now and the reason why I won't leave is the outstanding customer service i have received all these years. Sorry to hear you have not had the same experience. As far as my evo 3d goes, other then a few sense reboots a week I have enjoyed this device and I am looking forward to Ics update. I read an article on engadget last week that said the way HTC incorporated sense with Ics is very good. Looking forward to seeing for myself.

At least until the ICS upgrade, you should give GO Launcher EX a try. You'll definitely eliminate the Sense reboots, and other non-Sense. It's very customizable, does a terrific job, and it's FREE. Give it a try. Whadda got to lose?
Very happy Sprint customer here for over 9 years. I have a friend who works for VZW who has been trying to get me to switch over but for five lines...well, let's just say I could pay for a new car for what VZW would charge for the unlimited everything! A person has gotta do what a person has to do, but for me, Sprint has been excellent and when I've had data issues I have reported them and they have credited my account.
Actually, for my situation, it's not much more expensive to go to Verizon than sprint. I have 3 lines, now that they all have the 10$ premium data fee, it's only a difference of about $6 per month.
Now with Big Red. Loving my phone, Gonna miss unlimited.

I actually ported my number over to Verizon a few days ago but ported back to sprint because 4 of the buildings that I service daily my Verizon phone didn't work in. I couldn't receive or make calls where as my sprint phone worked with no problem. Certain carriers doesn't meet certain peoples needs.
