Due to my Evo acting up, and kept receiving bad replacements.... I'm moving on from sprint to verizon. I am so mad at customer service!! I loved my Evo, but it failed me in so many ways. Galaxy nexus is the device I chose.
I hope verizon is a better experience.

I care more about customer service and future updates. There will always be another device.

Yea the customer service is good just they bills is nasty..Just to jump for the g-nex? I bet you sprint will drop something thats either another samsung galaxy II or III that has ics with killer specs..I couldnt go i mean if it was me i would just hang on a lil longer and wait for the g-nex for sprint atleast if thats what you want..

I have been with sprint 12 years now and the reason why I won't leave is the outstanding customer service i have received all these years. Sorry to hear you have not had the same experience. As far as my evo 3d goes, other then a few sense reboots a week I have enjoyed this device and I am looking forward to Ics update. I read an article on engadget last week that said the way HTC incorporated sense with Ics is very good. Looking forward to seeing for myself.

I realized different people have different experiences with this company. I would have to say that the 3g speeds and 4 g speeds are just ridiculously horrible I wish sprint would do something in my area they do not even have a corporate store, so I always have to speak to a representative over the phone and that just doesn't cut it for me. Its not about the Gnex. I just got fed up at the right time. the representatives over the phone we're arrogant an un believably stupid. maybe I'm being harsh... but that's the way I felt when I was speaking to them for over 20 hours over 1 weekend. also they refuse to recognize when THEY have made a mistake on there end, not mine. wish me luck.

I'm a sprint user... But just because they don't offer you unlimited data in store doesn't mean its not avaliable... After you go into verison you can call them and add the unlimited data... Just a heads up
