3d Movies not playing

I have Avatar 3D on my phone and I was able to view it in 3D but for some reason I'm unable to view it in 3D anymore. Just get the split screen. I used the native player and chose the view in 3D but still showed in split screen. But I can still record and see homemade movies in 3D. Anybody know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

I'm having the same issue. Wish I could figure it out too. Its the same file I've always had, it just no longer shows in 3d.

Been a while since i had this issue but a power cycle helped solve that for me.

Yup i remember running into this the first week or so i had mine. I watched Green Hornet and did something, came back and 3D didnt work.
Reboot fixed it and also i noticed if i played a video i shot in 3D that would make other 3D content work.
