    Default New Screen

I took my phone to the Sprint store to get the screen checked out cause it would freeze and start moving on it's own. So they opened it up and said the screen had something wrong with it and they had to replace the screen. Does anyone know if they are replacing the screen or ordering a new phone minus the cover? I had heard they don't replace the screen so when they told me they ordered the screen or got me confused.

I had the same problem. I thought they were going to order me a new screen but I got a whole new phone. And now the new phone I just got a couple of hours ago thinks it is on a charger. The red notification light stays on and the battery icon says it is charging even though I have not put on a charger yet.

At one time Sprint was replacing screens. I once took in my Photon and after about 15 min it was given back to me with a new screen. About a month later I heard/read Sprint was no longer replacing screens.

Prolly pends on the units. Some OEMs may not even sell just the screen. HTC may not but Moto might. Either way if its fix then good!
