Since ICS Update my WiFi icon only has the small bottom dot

If I restart the phone it comes back to full but doesnt stay that way...When I check my network it says excellent....HJ

The same thing happens with mine occasionally but not all the time. Even when it's like that though I still can get on the Web and apps with no trouble. Weird.

I have the virgin mobile evo 3d, this happens to me too. I have also had it immedietly drop wifi after toggling it on.

It seems like I can fix the "dot" issue by turning wifi off.. putting the phone back to sleep and then unlocking and turning wifi back on (Turning the wifi off and on without sleeping dosnt work at all).
