When I close an app my screen shows the white screen with the yellow HTC for a couple seconds and then will go to my home screen and the 'loading' transparency will come on. It takes a few seconds for the transparency to go away and the regular home screen to come on. In addition to that irritating lag, the upgrade has slowed the phone down all the way around. I'm about to factory reset...help please?

I would suggest getting your phone rooted and have a ICS ROM put on it becasue the ROM seems a lot more stable than the stock version
