Major Announcement!!! Shutter sound off now!!!!! NO ROOT ICS

HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS HAPPENED BUT IM RUNNING ICE CREAM SYSTEM AND TODAY I STARTED TO TAKE PICS AND THE SHUTTER DID NOT SOUND... ILL SEE IF A SETTING IS THERE... TOOT-A-LOOO!

There is no setting, I guess that's just how it is with ICS. No complaints here though.

Also might wanna take it easy with the caps.

Put the phone on silent or vibrate and see if it still makes the shutter sound.

No matter what sound setting I am on, the shutter & zoom sounds are always present. They sometimes randomly dont happen while I take a picture, but the shutter sound will come back the next picture I take. I wonder if I did a factory reset, this would go to silent?

Not sure. All I know is when I put the ringtone volume to zero or to vibrate the shutter sound doesn't happen.
