Question: I finally found a ROM that I like and have customized it with he programs and settings i usually use. If i do "backup" (from the "backup and restore" option within the 4ext recovery) what exactly will it back up? If my phone crashes will I be able to recover from this saved file and have the phone EXACTLY as is? (Anotherwords, all settings, apps, texts, call history etc will be restored?)

That is what I'm looking for. Hopefully this will do this.

If so it seems like there are seperate options for system/ data/ cash/ wimax.

Please advise as to the process if I want to save EVEVVERYTHING as is.

The advance back up gives you options of what you want to backup so check everything that you do
