I don't know how long this has been going on, but it seems like since the ICS update came out, I've gotten complaints from some friends that they hear the line ring 10 or so times before I pick up (and I usually pick it up in about 5 seconds). I chalked up part of it to Google Voice, which I then uninstalled. However, it's happened since then. I'm not sure if doing the soft factory reset fixed it or not. Has anyone else experienced this? And if it isn't fixed by a soft factory reset, is it possible to get out of my contract by claiming ICS broke (ok, maybe that's a bit too strong, but mildly damaged) my phone?

This happens on both a GV and non-GV line. It also was happening prior to ICS. It has/is happening on multiple phones. Funny thing is that it also happened on a BB on sprint too. I have settled on it being a Sprint issue.
