Totally destroyed screen

I dropped my phone today, and the total display is gone. My warranty was over quite long ago. The cracks are quite long, and I don't know any shops that repair something like that. The whole panel is shattered. Any advice on what to do?
P.S: I use a HTC EVO 3D. Quite old but it's my favourite, so I hope I can get a good reply...

They are not that hard to replace. In fact i have a brand new one i bought and never used. PM me if your interested.
