Thinking about pre-ordering since this wait for the evo3d has been brutal and dont want to risk waiting longer for it. Have a quick question about pre orders at Best buy. Im on a family plan with my sister, does it matter who goes to the store to pre-order? The account is under her name.

Your account doesn't become involved until you actually buy the phone and set it up ... Both at Radio Shack and Best Buy you essentially buy a $50 Gift card that places the device on hold with your name on it ... When you go back to purchase the phone, you then use the gift card to offset the difference in price ... or if you decide not to get the phone you can use the gift card to purchase anything else in the store at a later date.
