I should be getting mine tomorrow and was wondering what is the best way to charge it for the first time and following couple of times?

Normally. Gone are the days when you would have to completely charge a phone before tinkering with it. It wont affect battery life what so ever, cell phones have been this way for a few years already.

I have noticed that the battery acts like the original EVO. I only had it a day so far but if I unplug it in the morning it drops to 97% then I plug it back in till the light turns green again. Then it doesn't drop. Nothing like the 10% drop the 4G did.
