How do I turn on Swype

I cannot get Swype to turn on, on my Evo 3d. Noob question I know. But how do I turn it on? I LOVE Swype!

Long press in a text box like in text messages and a pop up will appear that says input method and the click Swype

i actually just assumed they diddnt have it, never though to look and see. Makes me love the phone even more, thanks for the info!

I'm not seeing radio buttons next to my keyboards when going through the settings menu.
