Default [issue] Capacitive lights staying on even when screen off

Anyone else having this issue? Stayed on during charging and now they wont go off. Tried a battery pull and that didn't help.

Note: This thread is talking about the capacitive buttons staying lit even when the screen is off. There is a separate, similar, but unrelated problem where the capacitive lights stay lit the entire time you watch media which you can discuss HERE. To prevent clutter and confusion, please comment in the proper thread. Thanks

Happened to me once, a reboot fixed it though.

I wish they were just not so bright.

Mine stay on all the time (except when phone is on sleep). It's annoying, especially at night. Hopefully a fix will be coming soon.

Not sure if it will work for the 3D but it works for other phones in the Evo line - search for LED Hack. Its an app (root required) that will turn of the button lights. Works great on my Shift to keep from being blinded at night.
