My friend just got her Evo 3d and she wanted to send me a 3d picture. Since she couldn't do it, I gave it a shot and went to the gallery, hit the menu button, then clicked on the picture I wanted to send. Before I could do anything else, it told me that this picture will be converted into 2d for it to be send.

Am I missing a step?

did you send it through gmail? It's the only way i know how.

MMS won't send 3dpictures.

Oh...that's how that works? I guess it makes sense, otherwise the phone won't know that the receiving phone is a 3d capable phone.

I have a folder that I share via dropbox where I send my 3D pics to. Before send phone ask if I want to send as 3D or 2D.
