    Looks like it was re-mapped to recent apps.

    It's a very popular mod that gets rid of the hideous three-dot menu button that shows up in the bottom of the screen (or right side in landscape) in a lot of apps.
    Menu is re-mapped to the Recent Apps button.
    Recent apps is re-mapped to long-press Home.

    Ooo. That's why we have that button. Horrible.

    I don't know why it does that though. A lot of these apps with the 3 dots on the button have a menu button built into the app for ics.
