Can't use my phone Need Help!!!

So I recently tried to install a Jelly Bean ROM so I decided to flash a new kernel by komodo and ever since that I can't start up a ROM because I get stuck in a boot loop. All I have access to is recovery and HBOOT. When I'm in HBOOT this is what I see if this might help you. I'm also on recovery v2.2.2.

I see you started another thread,,Anyways , lets run a [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], If you have the .exe, make sure you have the latest [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] installed on your pc. Boot the phone to recovery with the phone plugged into the usb and and run the .exe

Make sure you download RUU_JEWEL_CLICS_40_S_Sprint_WWE-2.13.651.1_Radio_1.12.11.0809_NV_SPCS-2.45_003_release_277028_signed.exe

If you made a backup flash your backup and the phone will work.

Otherwise or even after you do that you need fast boot to flash the boot.IMg. the boot doesn't flash with thar hboot.

I went into recovery but it said it wasn't connected even though i had it mounted, was i suppose to do anything specific in recovery so the exe can recognize my phone.

Dont mount anything just stay on the main screen

I get error 170 saying it's not connected.

do you know to pull the rom.zip from the .exe?

Edit: do you have sdk or at least fastboot and adb installed on your pc?

No and no I never needed to any of that until now.

Now what?

ok plug your phone in and reboot it into the bootloader, when it does make sure you have fastboot usb highlighted, if it is then on you pc , hold down the shift key right click on the folder you extracted to your desktop and click on open command prompt from here
In the cmd window type this fastboot oem lock

Then you need to download this....[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and put it on your sdcard and not in any folder

Also let me know if it says locked or relocked at the top in the bootloader

Done now what? Do i go into recovery to put the zip. in

yes go into recovery and choose mount usb storage and copy the PJ75IMG over then choose reboot to bootloader. it should find the zip you just put on there and ask if you want to update, should be volume up for yes

It wouldn't let me go into recovery so i just took the sd card out and plugged it into my pc, about to do the update.

Ok it's done updating

just scroll down to reboot and hit power

Let me know when it boots up

I wan't to be able to install a Jelly Bean ROM or any of the other sense based roms that are on the latest RUU, for that would I have to do the RUU thing on the pc and I was wondering if I was still rooted or not.

no your not rooted you are back to factory stock, you will need to go through the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] again to unlock your bootloader and then install twrp again

you should not need to install sdk just use the fastboot and adb from the folder on your desktop

One more thing, get that PJ75IMG off your sdcard or rename it , if not it will want to update every time you enter the bootloader

If you still have my rom or the link flash that in recovery, that will give you root. then get this off the playstore [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] it cost a dollar but it will flash the boot.img from the rom you want to flash. use the app to flash the boot.img before you flash the rom then you can go into recovery and flash the zip

Which rom and I might need help with all of this.
