I have the White HTC Evo 4G LTE, i got it around the time when it was released. I rooted it using a methoid of which
i do not remember and now everytime i try and do the firmware update it keeps restarting into TeamWin Recovery Project.

I need some help please, I do not wish to lose any data on my fone but i need a way to upgrade and im not so tech savy,
if possable some sort of step by step guide could truly assist me. Thanks

are you s-off ?

if your are s on you need to unroot and relock wth the comand fastboot oem lock then use the ruu but if you s off you need to download the rooted rom and in the boot loader flash it though there

I have the same problem. i'm running the original viper rom. i just made a post about it. pretty sure it's not S-off don't even know what that means. not sure how to update my phone. it's on 1.13.651.1
