You never call in and complain so I'll give you an early upgrade, that's kind of a curious thing to say to a customer. I've been with sprint ten years and am mostly satisfied but that kind of comment is exactly the type of thing that can turn me away rather quickly. Most companies need feedback (complaints) to improve. What if you had legitimate complaints? Would you have been penalized for that?

12yrs with Sprint here and never had an issue. I agree their data speeds really stink (I think this will get better in the next year). But I'm old and still talk on the phone, and let me tell you, it never fails that I have the better voice quality in all sorts of situations than most of my friends in other networks (especially ATT, their voice service seems problematic). So I'm a happy camper enjoying a reasonable rate. (I spend most of my time in a area close to a sprint cell tower and constistently get 1-1.5 mbps down on 3G!!, I know crazy!)

I tried getting the date moved and it was an exercise in frustration. I am able to get an upgrade on 5/18 now but it was way harder than it should have been.

Im very happy with Sprint as well, I made the mistake of buying a Samsung Epic Touch back in November, Ive decided that Im going to bite the bullet and take a loss and trade in the Epic for the new evo. I had the original evo 4g from Lauch day 2010 until I got the Epic Touch and I absolutely loved loved the evo, the Epic Touch has so many little quirky issues its pathetic
